Daikin is the largest air conditioning manufacturer in the world, and the only one of the majors that builds compressors, refrigerant and controls in-house rather than assembling other people's parts.
Our lead engineer is Daikin certified in the United States and in Canada, so the certification is current on both sides of the border.
Daikin inverter compressors modulate rather than cycling hard on and off, which matters more in Florida than almost anywhere: a system that runs longer at lower output pulls far more humidity out of the air.

Daikin residential split systems
Inverter-driven condensers matched to a Daikin air handler, sized by Manual J rather than by replacing like for like. The right choice for most Brevard homes replacing a failed central system.
Daikin ductless mini-splits
Single and multi-zone wall, ceiling-cassette and concealed-duct heads for additions, garages, sunrooms and older homes with no ductwork. Each zone controls independently.
Daikin VRV for commercial
Variable refrigerant volume. One outdoor system serving many indoor zones with individual control, simultaneous heating and cooling on heat-recovery models, and no ductwork through the ceiling void.
Daikin FIT and slim-profile units
Where a standard condenser will not fit a narrow side setback, a slim-profile unit often will. Common on Indialantic and Satellite Beach lots.
Daikin for commercial buildings
Daikin VRV is the system we lead with on commercial work. One outdoor unit serves dozens of indoor zones, each with its own setpoint, so a Melbourne office can cool the server room and the conference room to different temperatures off the same equipment. On heat-recovery configurations the system moves heat from a zone that is over-warm into one that needs it rather than rejecting it outside. For offices, medical suites, restaurants and retail it usually beats a bank of split systems on running cost, on plant space, and on how much of the ceiling you lose to ductwork.
